Psychodynamic Counselling offers you the opportunity to gain insight and understanding about yourself through the exploration of thoughts and feelings that perhaps have not been previously considered. Counselling provides a confidential, safe environment with a professional counsellor who remains neutral, whilst at the same time offering emotional support and attunement as to how and why you may feel the way you do about aspects of yourself and the way in which you relate to yourself and to others.

The counselling relationship invites you to explore how very early life experiences (and how you felt and thought) can have an emotional effect on the way you currently think and feel, and on your relationships. It is possible to undertake short-term counselling (12 sessions), or long-term counselling, which is open ended. An initial introductory assessment takes place during which you can take time to explain your reasons for wanting to begin counselling and thinking about whether Psychodynamic Counselling is right for you.

Her private practice is offered within Chase Lodge Private Hospital, located in Mill Hill East. Please visit her website ( for more details about her counselling practice and where all contact information and session fees are listed (low-cost counselling is also offered in certain circumstances).
